Celebrities Rock the 2022 BET Awards Red Carpet

ANOTHER YEAR OF FASHIONABLE BLACK EXCELLENCE AT THE 2022 BET AWARDS.

On June 26th, 2022, celebrity winners, nominees, and attendees at the BET Awards made waves on the red carpet.

Host Taraji P. Henson wore a shimmery and sparkly charcoal grey gown with a single chain strap from Tom Ford. Like Rihanna, she sure did "shine bright like a diamond."

Lizzo showed off in Gucci's midnight blue gown with black feathered sleeves. She also wore black platform sandals and diamond earrings to complete the look.

One of the outfits that Black-ish actress Marsai Martin — winner of the YoungStars Award — wore was a denim skirt and gold jacket with floral and jeweled embellishments. Along with primarily matte green thigh-high boots and a white bustier top.

The older sister of Chloe x Halle and rising solo artist Chlöe Bailey glammed up in a black one-shoulder sequined gown by Lebanese designer Nicolas Jebran. She completed the look with a black smokey eye look and silver jewelry.

The younger sister of Chloe x Halle and star of the live-action version of The Little Mermaid Halle Bailey wore a black plunging bodice dress by Mônot. To complete the look, she wore golden jewelry and black open-toed shoes.

Cynthia Enrivo wore a bold two-piece Louis Vuitton, which featured a dark orange, yellow, and blue cityscape print design. She also wore six-inch metallic gold platform heels, gold rings, and a V-shaped septum nose ring.

Pose actor Billy Porter wore a gray outfit by Rick Owens with chunky platform boots and a silver and black smokey eye look.

Saucy Santana had a bright green and yellow aesthetic going on. He wore a Couture plaid blazer dress and feather boots by Area.

During the show, Silk Sonic crooner Bruno Mars wore pink, white, and navy checkered pants, a denim jacket, a white hat, and a white pointy collared shirt.
