The Expectations of Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin

HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE UPCOMING NEW HBO MAX SERIES PRETTY LITTLE LIARS: ORIGINAL SIN.

The fourth series of the Pretty Little Liars universe is debuting soon. Five new Little Liars, a new assailant under the alias A, and a new town. The show is executed produced and written by Robert Aguirre-Sacasa (Glee, Supergirl, and Riverdale) and co-executed produced and written by Lindsay Calhoon Bring (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina).

The ensemble characters at front and center are Imogen Adams (Bailee Madison), Faran Bryant (Zaria Simone), Minnie (Malia Pyles), Tabby Hayworth (Chandler Kinney), and Noa (Maia Reficco). Each girl lives in Millwood, a small blue-collared town still healing from tragic events that took place 20 years ago. Like Rosewood in the original Pretty Little Liars, Milwood holds many secrets to uncover.

According to the official trailer, Imogen is a pregnant teen who’s running for Spirit Queen at her high school dance. But at the dance, a tragic death happens. Which is somehow connected to the death of teen Angela Waters (Gabriella Pizzolo) in 1999. Additionally, the moms of the girls are possible suspects surrounding the death of Angela.
