Remembering the Fashion of Olivia Newton-John

Let's take a moment to remember the iconic fashion moments of Olivia Newton-John.

On August 8th, 2022, Olivia Newton-John died at age 73. She passed away from cancer at her ranch in Southern California. While she is no longer with us, images of her beauty, grace, and kind soul will forever be in our memory. Let's go through some of her iconic fashion moments together.

The first look is from Newton-John's breakout film from 1978, Grease. As a transformed Sandy Olsson — alongside co-star and on-screen love John Travolta — she rocks an all-black outfit with a red lip, open-toe sandal shoes, and small hoop earrings.

The second look is from the 1980 television special, Olivia Newton-John: Hollywood Nights. She shines in a pink long-sleeved bodysuit with purple heels.

The third look is from her music video for her 1981 single, Physical. She flexes in a pink and red workout outfit.

The fourth look is also from the Physical music video. Newton-John goes into intense workout mode in a white sleeveless bodysuit and headband, a blue tied-up shirt, pink leggings, and a purple belt.

The fifth look is from a day out horse riding in 2014 posted on Newton-John's Instagram account. She wears a grey hat, a long-sleeved blue top, black pants, and a pair of black boots.

The sixth look is from the 35th-anniversary celebration of the 1980 film Xanadu in 2015. Alongside her daughter Chloe Rose Lattanzi, Newton-John wears a white and silver cover-up, black pants, a white top, and a pair of white pointy-toed heels.
